Customer Services Officer - Sousse

Bank ABC is reinforcing their network with the hiring of a Customer Services Officer within one of its Branches in Sousse. As a CSO you will be treating desk operations for all customers with the required quality and compliance while ensuring quality hospitality to customers and prospects by applying host rules face to face or by phone. Principal Responsibilities, Accountabilities and Deliverables of Role: I- Operational missions ·Provides cash transactions to customers (withdrawal and deposit) with a perfect management of its cash (cash desk opening, inter cash movements, cash in hand in the end of the day, etc.). ·Ensures the authentication of clients’ signatures for all debit operations. ·Ensure the processing of remitted checks, remitted bills, and transfers issued. ·Provides treatment of foreign exchange transactions. ·Ensures managing of ATMs. ·Ensures the delivery of account statements to the clients. ·Ensures the data entry of requests for checks books after approval of the BM. ·Ensures the delivery of checks books and bank cards to customers. ·Ensures the sale of stamps and standard bills. II- Business missions ·Ensures the achievement of his/her individual business objectives. ·Ensures the sale of basic products (current accounts, saving accounts, cards, ABC On line) ·Ensures promotion of the ATMs use by accompanying customers to make withdrawal with their cards. ·Understands customer loan needs and orientates him/her to the RMR or BM. III- Risk missions ·Strictly applies internal procedures of the Bank for all operations and business realized in the branch. ·Informs the hierarchy of any anomaly or failure detected during checks.. Job Requirements: I- Knowledge ·Familiar with Banking sector and the different products. II- Education / Certifications ·BAC + 2 and more III- Experience ·Minimum 1 year in a similar position.
