Oversee working-capital functions and ensure accurate financial records. Lead month-end close and consolidated forecasting submissions. Ensure compliance with accounting standards, controls, audits, and legislation. Monitor cash flow, drive cost savings, and improve financial efficiency. Support strategic projects, enhance financial systems, and lead the finance team. Requirements B.Com Accounting qualification. 6+ years' experience in a similar finance role. Strong knowledge of financial reporting, compliance, and working capital management. Proficiency in financial systems, forecasting, and digital tools. Strong leadership, analytical ability, and risk-management skills.
