HV Laboratory Jointing Supervisor
Description
Your responsibilities:
- Coordinating the team of jointers operating within the High Voltage Laboratory, field execution and technical interfaces (R&D, Project Management and other areas)
- Coordination of preparation and installation of HV cables and accessories for testing up to 500 kV
- Monitoring of jointing activities in external laboratories and client sites
- Supervision of cable system installation
- Support of laboratory setups
- Training and development of jointers
- Ensuring compliance with safety, quality and internal procedures
- Contribution to continuous improvement of jointing practices
Your profile:
- Education in network electrical engineering, mechanics or metalworking
- 5 years of hands-on experience in HV cable jointing and accessorie
- Proven experience in supervision of field activities/construction sites
- Experience in coordination of technical teams
- Problem-solving attitude and autonomy
- Strong coordination and leadership skills
- Ability to work in international environments
- Good English (German and Italian are a plus)
