HV Laboratory Jointing Supervisor, 100%

Location: Switzerland / Travel: approx. 20-30%

HV Laboratory Jointing Supervisor

Your responsibilities:

Coordinating the team of jointers operating within the High Voltage Laboratory, field execution and technical interfaces (R&D, Project Management and other areas)

Coordination of preparation and installation of HV cables and accessories for testing up to 500 kV

Monitoring of jointing activities in external laboratories and client sites

Supervision of cable system installation

Support of laboratory setups

Training and development of jointers

Ensuring compliance with safety, quality and internal procedures

Contribution to continuous improvement of jointing practices

Your profile:

Education in network electrical engineering, mechanics or metalworking

5 years of hands-on experience in HV cable jointing and accessorie

Proven experience in supervision of field activities/construction sites

Experience in coordination of technical teams

Problem-solving attitude and autonomy

Strong coordination and leadership skills

Ability to work in international environments

Good English (German and Italian are a plus)
