Hospitality & Front Desk Coordinator (80-100%)

We are looking for a Hospitality & Front Desk Coordinator to join our Reception, Relocation and Corporate Housing Team at our headquarters in Baar. For motivated candidates, we offer the chance to join one of the world’s largest producers and marketers of commodities and to become part of a multicultural team.

The main tasks and responsibilities include

Welcoming and supporting our international guests and visitors as the company's first point of contact

Focal point for employees for general questions about services offered by the company

Operation of the telephone exchange (internal and external)

Booking taxis and other transfers

Management of our meeting rooms

Support the Relocation and Corporate Flat Management Team by providing dedicated assistance to relocating employees and delivering an exceptional service experience, including support with home search, school placement, and settling-in matters. Ensure a smooth and comfortable start to their new life abroad by offering personalized hospitality services within our company apartments.

The ideal candidate

Communicates confidently with international guests and employees in both German and English, demonstrating strong interpersonal and team communication skills

Thrives in a multicultural environment and contributes to a welcoming, inclusive atmosphere through a professional and courteous manner

Delivers high-quality hospitality services and creates positive service experiences for employees and international guests

Works independently with enthusiasm, reliability, and a strong service mindset, while maintaining a high standard of quality

Effectively prioritizes tasks and remains calm, structured, and professional in fast-paced or demanding situations Proactively contributes ideas and suggestions to improve services, processes, and the overall guest experience

Actively contributes to a positive team spirit and collaborative working environment

Qualifications and requirements

Reception experience - preferably from a hotel reception environment

Very good knowledge of German and English (oral/written)

High level of service awareness and team-oriented working style

Discreet and loyal personality

Well-groomed appearance and pleasant manners

Holding a Swiss work permit or passport holder of CH / EU / EFTA
