Role Summary We are seeking a highly skilled, proactive, and resourceful Executive Operations & Strategic Support Specialist to provide world-class administrative, operational, and strategic support to business leaders and clients. This role integrates operations management, lead generation, communication strategy, writing, and digital coordination to support business growth and streamline organizational performance. The ideal employee is a polished communicator, strategic thinker, and detail-oriented professional capable of managing complex tasks, anticipating needs, and executing with precision. You will work closely with executives, clients, and cross-functional teams to ensure seamless operations, clear communication, and measurable outcomes. Key Responsibilities Executive & Administrative Support · Manage complex calendars, appointments, and scheduling across multiple time zones. · Handle email and inbox management, prioritize messages, and draft responses on behalf of executives. · Coordinate logistics for meetings, events, and travel arrangements. · Maintain organized digital filing systems and confidential records. · Perform general administrative tasks to maximize the Owner's time and operational efficiency. Digital Marketing & Website Management · Manage social media calendars, schedule posts, and monitor engagement metrics. · Create, edit, and manage business or marketing content, including promotional materials. · Perform regular website updates and maintenance using WordPress. · Collaborate with marketing teams to align digital content with business goals. Lead Generation & Client Outreach · Execute cold outreach campaigns utilizing SMS, phone calls, email, and social media platforms. · Follow up consistently with contacts to build and maintain strong client relationships. · Assist in outreach campaigns through email, LinkedIn, and targeted engagement efforts. · Track leads and measure outreach effectiveness to strengthen the business pipeline. Dual-Industry Support (Real Estate & Healthcare) · Assist with preparing real estate contracts, listing documents, and marketing materials for luxury and commercial properties. · Help coordinate scheduling for caregivers and assist with the intake process for new home healthcare clients. · Serve as the point of contact between executives, staff, and external partners, ensuring smooth communication and confidentiality.
