- 1-3 years in SDR/BDR, lead gen, sales ops, or similar
- B2B experience required
- Hands-on with CRM (HubSpot preferred)
- Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator + Apollo/ZoomInfo
- Strong research and data validation skills
- Comfortable with light outreach for verification
