• Return matching products with:

• Model Name

• Price

• Storage

• Condition (optional)

• Send product images (via links or catalog)

• If no match → suggest closest alternatives

• If user shows interest → transfer to human

5. Dealer Stock Handling

• Integrate dealer stock from separate sheet
• Clearly mark as “Available on order”
