Media and Digital Manager (EPDM)

Key responsibilities — Media

  • Lead day-to-day media and digital implementation with local marketing teams (excluding UK), working closely with Carat and Kitchen; focus on Germany as a priority market.
  • Manage productivity across EPDM markets through collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Support development of media briefs for Germany, BLX and Nordics.
  • Lead the audit process across EPDM markets, with primary focus on Germany.
  • Work with Kitchen & Carat teams on always-on social activity (Smartly).
  • Support JBP realisation by collecting data and feedback from markets and developing a test-and-learn agenda, including implementation of AI-powered solutions.

Key responsibilities — Cross-team working and other areas

  • Work closely with the wider Marketing and PODs teams to implement the EPDM strategy.
  • Ensure key campaign messages are consistently used and maximised across media and digital channels.
  • Support excellence and capability building through a media training agenda.

Working relationships and stakeholders

  • Internal: Local marketing teams across EPDM markets, wider Marketing & PODs teams.
  • External: Carat and Kitchen agencies/partners, other external stakeholders supporting media execution.
