Media and Digital Manager (EPDM)
Key responsibilities — Media
- Lead day-to-day media and digital implementation with local marketing teams (excluding UK), working closely with Carat and Kitchen; focus on Germany as a priority market.
- Manage productivity across EPDM markets through collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
- Support development of media briefs for Germany, BLX and Nordics.
- Lead the audit process across EPDM markets, with primary focus on Germany.
- Work with Kitchen & Carat teams on always-on social activity (Smartly).
- Support JBP realisation by collecting data and feedback from markets and developing a test-and-learn agenda, including implementation of AI-powered solutions.
Key responsibilities — Cross-team working and other areas
- Work closely with the wider Marketing and PODs teams to implement the EPDM strategy.
- Ensure key campaign messages are consistently used and maximised across media and digital channels.
- Support excellence and capability building through a media training agenda.
Working relationships and stakeholders
- Internal: Local marketing teams across EPDM markets, wider Marketing & PODs teams.
- External: Carat and Kitchen agencies/partners, other external stakeholders supporting media execution.
