Key Responsibilities

• 🎙️ Communicate clearly and professionally with drivers and customers via phone, radio, or digital platforms.
• ⏱️ Monitor schedules and routes to ensure timely service and resolve any delays or issues.
• 🗂️ Maintain accurate records of trips, driver availability, and customer interactions.
• ⚡ Handle urgent situations with quick thinking and problem-solving skills.
• 🤝 Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving complaints effectively.

• 📍 Must be based in the Philippines.
• 🚖 Proven experience as a Taxi Dispatcher (required).
• 🎤 Strong, clear, and pleasant voice for effective communication.
• 📚 Quick learner with the ability to adapt to new systems and processes.
• 🌐 Excellent command of English (spoken and written).
