Senior IT Project Manager & Digitalization Consultant (SAP Program Control) (m/f/d)

Hello Gulp network, we at emagine are looking for an experienced Senior IT Project Manager & Digitalization Consultant (SAP Program Management) (m/f/d) to support our digitalization efforts and SAP program management. The position includes a consulting component and is aimed at highly experienced experts with a deep understanding of organizational development, governance structures, and complex SAP projects. Location: Remote (90%), 10% on-site in Hamburg Duration: 6 months with option to extend Start: May 1, 2026 Your tasks: Advising specialist departments on the further development of core processes as well as governance and committee structures Planning, preparation and moderation of workshops and other stakeholder formats Coaching and sparring for key persons in the change process as well as support in change management Support in the introduction of new digital processes as well as in the redesign of processes, role and job concepts Creation of organizational concepts and required approval documents (including data protection and employee representation) Management and coordination of the overall SAP program as well as sparring in the further development of the SAP strategy Participation in network planning, risk management and quality management Preparation and execution of relevant committee meetings (e.g. works council, IT security, data protection) Creation of presentations, documentation and conceptual documents Initiation of new projects including role assignment and development of the project architecture Your profile: Completed studies in business informatics or economics German C2; English language skills at least B2 level. At least 10 years of IT project management experience in the context of social security institutions. At least 5 years of experience in statutory accident insurance. Experience in managing SAP programs/multi-project landscapes. Experience in selecting and managing SAP-related IT service providers. Demonstrable experience in establishing or redeg governance and committee structures. CV and reference projects that demonstrate the required activities. Willingness to travel within Germany.
