SAP Basis Specialist - London - Hybrid - Up to £70,000 plus Benefits Our leading critical infrastructure client is seeking an experienced SAP Basis Specialist to ensure the stability, performance and security of their SAP landscape and HANA database. This is a key role supporting critical business operations, where you will work across both on-premises and cloud environments to deliver reliable, scalable solutions. The right candidate will have a strong SAP basis background and will be able to take ownership of the design, implementation and ongoing support of SAP systems, working closely with internal teams and external partners. You will have experience in leading upgrades and installations to troubleshooting complex issues and optimising performance, you'll play a central role in keeping systems running smoothly and securely. You'll also contribute to disaster recovery planning, high availability setups, and continuous improvement across the SAP estate. Key Responsibilities Design, implement, and support SAP solutions Manage and optimise HANA systems Lead system upgrades, installations, and maintenance Ensure security and compliance standards are met Troubleshoot SAP and connectivity issues Support disaster recovery and high availability environments Collaborate with internal teams and external providers Azure, AWS and DevOps practices About You Strong hands-on experience in SAP Basis and HANA administration, including working with S/4HANA environments. You're confident managing large-scale systems, with a solid understanding of performance tuning, troubleshooting, and cloud platforms such as Azure or AWS. Experience with SAP implementations, along with knowledge of SAP BTP and Scripting languages, would be an advantage. Location : London (Hybrid) Salary : £70,000
