• Oversee day-to-day site operations and ensure project execution aligns with timelines and specifications
• Coordinate with site teams, subcontractors, and consultants to ensure smooth project delivery
• Monitor project progress, quality standards, and compliance with safety regulations
• Review drawings, specifications, and technical documents to ensure accuracy and feasibility
• Assist in project planning, scheduling, and reporting to senior management
• Ensure materials, manpower, and resources are efficiently utilized
• Support in resolving technical issues and site challenges Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or related field
• Proven experience working with a main contractor is essential
• Prior experience on Majlis, villa, or similar cultural/residential projects is preferred
• Strong understanding of construction processes, site management, and coordination
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
