Requirements: — Up to 1 year of experience in AML, compliance, customer support, or a similar field — Basic understanding of AML principles and/or cryptocurrency transactions is a plus — Familiarity with blockchain explorers (e.g., Blockchain.com, Etherscan, Tronscan) is an advantage — Strong analytical and research skills with the ability to identify patterns and connections — High attention to detail and a meticulous approach to work — Ability to learn quickly and adapt in a fast-paced environment — Good problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset — Upper-Intermediate (B2) or higher level of written English — Experience working with tools such as Google Docs, Jira, Confluence, and Slack — Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team — Ability to write clear and structured messages in English and Ukrainian

Responsibilities: — Provide support in handling AML-related user enquiries and cases — Analyze transactions and review flow of funds using blockchain explorers and internal systems — Assist in investigating suspicious activities and compiling case information — Search and verify transactions across various platforms (e.g., Blockchain explorers) — Prepare clear, structured, and accurate responses for internal review and approval — Support communication with users, partners, and other departments in AML-related matters — Escalate complex or high-risk cases to senior team members — Maintain accurate records of investigations and case outcomes — Assist in cross-department collaboration by sharing relevant findings
