System Analyst

Position:  System Analyst We are seeking a highly skilled technical specialist who can translate business requirements into detailed technical specifications and solution designs. The ideal candidate will have strong experience working in Agile development environments, with hands-on exposure to Java-based microservices architecture. This role requires expertise in deg and integrating APIs for both upstream and downstream systems. Prior experience within the banking or financial services domain is essential to effectively support complex, enterprise-scale solutions. Requirement Gathering & Analysis

1. Engage with business users and stakeholders to understand requirements.
2. Translate business needs into functional and technical specifications.
3. Prepare FRD (Functional Requirement Document), and system design documents.
4. Conduct workshops, interviews, and requirement  sessions. System Design & Solutioning
5. Perform gap analysis between current and proposed systems.
6. Design system workflows, data models, and integration interfaces.
7. Define API specifications and data mapping.
8. Ensure solution scalability, performance, and security compliance. Stakeholder Coordination
9. Act as a liaison between business teams and development teams
10. Clarify requirements and manage change requests.
11. Support project managers in scope and timeline management. Testing & Implementation
12. Prepare test scenarios, test cases, and UAT documentation.
13. Support SIT/UAT cycles and defect triaging.
14. Support Non functional testing
15. Ensure successful deployment and post-go-live support. Documentation & Governance
16. Maintain system documentation and process flows.
17. Ensure compliance with enterprise architecture and governance standards.
18. Support audit and regulatory requirements if applicable. Required Skills & Qualifications Technical Skills
19. Strong understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies.
20. Java, Spring Framework, Apache camel, Mybatics Experience with SQL and database concepts.
21. Experience in APIs, integration patterns, and system architecture.
22. Experience with tools like JIRA, Confluence, Visio, or equivalent.
23. Experience REST services, JSON/XML.
24. Experience in domain-driven design.
25. Experience in API Security Soft Skills
26. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
27. Strong analytical and problem-solving ability.
