We are looking for a Product Manager Sports!

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in Product Management.
• Strong understanding of product and business metrics and ability to work with data independently.
• Experience in Sports/iGaming domain is a plus but not mandatory.
• Strong knowledge of prioritization frameworks and practical experience applying them to product decision-making.
• High level of ownership and proactivity.
• Ability to operate autonomously and manage multiple parallel initiatives.

Responsibilities:

• Own operational tasks within the Sports domain, including product metrics monitoring, incident management audit, and timely communication of product and process changes to stakeholders.
• Lead the end-to-end operational launch and ongoing support of new licenses, from business request to production, coordinating cross-functional teams and external stakeholders.
• Manage and support 3rd party integrations (Fantasy Sports, Sports Lotteries), ensuring stability, SLA compliance, and alignment with business objectives.
• Act as the primary point of contact for external stakeholders, facilitating meetings, collecting requests, analyzing their business impact, and prioritizing them according to product strategy and operational capacity.
• Own and improve internal admin systems, including Backoffice 2.0 migration and continuous enhancement of sportsbook admin tools.
• Deliver small-to-mid size sportsbook features, conduct competitor analysis, and continuously generate and validate new product hypotheses.
