Job description / Role Job Type Full Time Job Location UAE Nationality Any Nationality Salary 15000 - 18000 AED Gender Not Specified Arabic Fluency Fluent Job Function HR, Recruitment & Training Company Industry Construction • Manage government liaison activities, including approvals and permit applications with Municipality, Civil Defense, and DED • Handle all employee documentation including visa applications, renewals, cancellations, and related immigration services • Ensure full compliance with UAE Labour Law, immigration regulations, and construction-related legal requirements • Oversee company formation processes, trade license renewals, and document submissions • Coordinate with MOHRE, GDRFA, and ICP portals for all relevant applications and approvals • Maintain accurate tracking and documentation of all government-related processes • Support crisis management by handling stakeholder communication and resolving public inquiries related to projects Requirements: • Minimum 10+ years of PRO experience within the UAE, preferably in the construction or contracting sector • Strong existing network with government authorities and regulatory bodies • In-depth knowledge of UAE Labour Law, visa processes, immigration systems, and notary procedures • Strong experience with Tasheel, Amer, and other PRO-related typing systems • Fluency in Arabic and English (written and spoken) is highly preferred • Strong organizational and communication skills with the ability to manage confidential information Salary: AED 15,000 to 18,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
