The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting thorough inspections of mechanical installations on-site, ensuring compliance with design specifications, safety standards, and quality requirements. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work on prestigious projects within the construction sector in the UAE. Responsibilities:

• Conduct detailed inspections of mechanical systems and installations on construction sites to ensure adherence to design, specifications, and quality standards.
• Monitor and report on the progress of mechanical works, identifying any deviations or non-compliance issues.
• Collaborate closely with project managers, contractors, and other engineering teams to resolve technical issues and improve project outcomes.
• Review mechanical drawings, specifications, and documentation to verify site implementation accuracy.
• Ensure all mechanical works comply with relevant local codes, safety regulations, and industry best practices.
• Prepare comprehensive inspection reports, including photographs and recommendations for corrective actions.
• Assist in testing and commissioning activities for mechanical systems as required.
• Participate in risk assessments and implement safety measures on site related to mechanical works. Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
• 10 Years experience as a Mechanical Site Inspection Engineer in the consultancy or construction industry, preferably within the UAE or Gulf region.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, materials, and construction methods used in building services.
• Familiarity with local codes, standards, and regulations governing mechanical installations in the UAE.
• Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high-quality standards.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
• Ability to interpret mechanical drawings, specifications, and contract documents.
• Proficiency in inspection tools and reporting software.
• Safety-oriented mindset with a good understanding of site health and safety practices.
• Fluent in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus. Salary: AED 8,000 to 11,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
