You’ll own the relationship with key retail partners, drive joint business plans, manage trade spend, and deliver revenue and margin targets. You’ll work cross-functionally with Supply Chain, Marketing, and Finance to ensure strong execution, forecasting accuracy, and promotional effectiveness. This is a commercial role with clear ownership and measurable impact. Requirements: 5–8+ years in FMCG key account management in the UAE, with proven modern trade exposure (hypermarkets/supermarkets). Strong negotiation skills, commercial acumen, and experience building account plans and managing promotions/trade terms. Strong forecasting and analytical skills, comfortable with data and performance tracking. Degree required; MBA is a plus. Strong communication skills, structured approach, and the ability to execute at pace. Salary: AED 20,000 to 30,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
