Job description / Role Job Type Full Time Job Location UAE Nationality Any Nationality Salary Not Specified Gender Not Specified Arabic Fluency Not Specified Job Function Engineering - Civil & Construction Company Industry Engineering Services • Ensure projects achieve estimated profit, timelines, quality, safety standards, and high customer satisfaction. • Monitor project progress as per approved schedules to avoid delays. • Plan, forecast, and allocate resources (manpower, materials, machinery) and infrastructure requirements; obtain management approval for project budgets. • Track project costs and expenditures to ensure adherence to budget and plan fund requirements. • Ensure timely invoicing and collection to maintain healthy cash flow. • Coordinate with Design, Contracts, and Proposals departments to define project scope and meet client requirements. • Plan material logistics to maintain optimal inventory and avoid work stoppages. • Implement and monitor project quality and safety mechanisms; provide feedback to Project Managers for corrective actions. • Coordinate manpower deployment and demobilization plans with HR and Administration; optimize workforce utilization. • Identify jobs for outsourcing; propose competent subcontractors for non-core or specialized work. • Represent the company in client and consultant meetings; manage project correspondence, approvals, and progress reporting. • Conduct internal project review meetings, communicate customer feedback, identify concerns, and provide leadership guidance to maintain team morale and project clarity.
