This leadership role requires a seasoned professional who can drive HR initiatives to attract, develop, and retain top talent, ensuring alignment with our organizational goals and fostering a high-performance culture. Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement comprehensive HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy of the facility management company.
• Lead talent acquisition efforts to attract skilled professionals across various functions within facilities management.
• Oversee performance management systems to enhance employee productivity and organizational effectiveness.
• Manage employee relations, ensuring a positive workplace environment and addressing workforce concerns promptly and effectively.
• Drive learning and development programs to enhance employee skills and career growth.
• Ensure compliance with all local labor laws and regulations in UAE.
• Lead compensation and benefits planning to maintain competitiveness in the market.
• Collaborate with senior management to support organizational change and development initiatives.
• Manage HR budgets and optimize resource allocation.
• Promote organizational values and culture to enhance employee engagement and retention. Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; a Master’s degree or HR certification is preferred.
• Proven experience (minimum 8 years) in HR leadership roles, preferably within the facilities management or related industries.
• Strong knowledge of UAE labor laws and regulatory requirements.
• Experience in blue collar workforce Salary: AED 25,000 to 30,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
