Job description / Role Job Type Full Time Job Location Dubai, UAE Nationality Any Nationality Salary Not Specified Gender Male Arabic Fluency Not Specified Job Function Engineering - Civil & Construction Company Industry Engineering Services Position Title: Planning Manager Employment Type: Full Time Salary AED: up to 15,000 inclusive depending on experience and qualifications Job Location: Dubai, UAE Job Description: Develop and manage detailed project schedules (Primavera P6/MS Project), including design, procurement, fabrication, installation, milestones, and critical paths, while coordinating with all project stakeholders. Monitor project progress against baseline schedules, prepare regular reports and dashboards, track KPIs, and implement corrective actions to address delays and maintain timelines. Coordinate with internal teams (engineering, procurement, production, logistics, and site) to align activities, ensure timely material delivery, and maintain proper sequencing of fabrication and installation. Plan and optimize resources (manpower, equipment, materials), identify and mitigate risks, perform delay analysis/EOT documentation, and drive continuous improvements in planning and scheduling processes.
