The Finance Manager will be responsible for financial planning, budgeting, reporting, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations. Key Responsibilities Manage and oversee the daily operations of the finance department. Prepare financial statements, reports, and forecasts. Monitor company cash flow, expenses, and financial performance. Develop and implement financial policies and procedures. Manage budgeting, financial planning, and cost control. Ensure compliance with tax regulations and financial reporting standards. Coordinate with auditors, banks, and regulatory authorities. Supervise accounting staff and ensure accurate financial records. Provide financial analysis and strategic recommendations to management.
