Department — Planning and Monitoring Department Position : Planning & Monitoring Department Manager Ref : EC-2026-019 Vacancies : 1 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES The Planning & Monitoring Department Manager will lead the directorate, establishing strategies, standards, and best practices, develop master project schedules and resource-loaded programmes, and implement EVM systems to track project performance against baselines. The role oversees progress assessments, delay analyses, recovery schedules, and acceleration planning, prepares executive-level performance dashboards and portfolio reports, advises on EOT claims and forensic schedule analyses, and establishes competency frameworks and training programmes for all planning personnel.
