This role is ideal for an Architect with strong design coordination experience who is looking to transition into Design Management and take greater ownership of multidisciplinary design processes. Key Responsibilities • Manage and coordinate the design process across mixed-use developments (residential, commercial, hospitality, retail) • Act as the central point of contact between architects, consultants, and internal stakeholders • Review and manage design deliverables to ensure compliance with project brief, quality standards, and local regulations • Monitor design programmes, manage interfaces, and resolve design-related issues • Support value engineering, authority submissions, and design development through all project stages • Ensure detent is maintained from concept through construction Requirements: Requirements • 5–8 years’ experience in architectural design and/or design management • Degree in Architecture (or equivalent) • Proven experience working on mixed-use projects • Strong understanding of the full design lifecycle in the Middle East • Excellent coordination, communication, and stakeholder management skills Salary: AED 22,000 to 28,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
