The role involves vendor sourcing, technical evaluation, cost control, and ensuring timely delivery in line with project specifications and schedules. Key Responsibilities: • Review project specifications, drawings, and BOQs to identify procurement requirements • Prepare and issue RFQs (Request for Quotations) to approved suppliers and subcontractors • Evaluate technical and commercial bids in coordination with engineering and project teams • Negotiate pricing, delivery terms, and contract conditions with vendors • Prepare comparative statements and recommend vendors for approval • Ensure procurement activities are aligned with project timelines and budgets • Coordinate with suppliers for timely delivery of materials and equipment • Monitor supplier performance and maintain strong vendor relationships • Ensure compliance with company policies, project specifications, and quality standards • Coordinate with logistics team for shipping, customs clearance, and delivery • Maintain procurement records, documentation, and reports • Support cost-saving initiatives and value engineering exercises Requirements: Qualifications & Requirements: • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Civil / Mechanical / Electrical or related field) • 5–10 years of experience in procurement within construction or EPC projects • Strong knowledge of construction materials, equipment, and supplier market • Familiarity with contract terms, commercial conditions, and negotiation techniques • Proficiency in ERP systems and MS Office applications • Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills About the Company “Sembol Inşaat” Company, which is well-known in Turkey and abroad by its unique construction facilities and breath-taking projects, is a company, which left a mark in Turkey and abroad historically and conducted activities in different places of the world, erected significant creation of architectural art, carried out complex and challenging projects within allocated budget and time limits.
