The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in ensuring the optimal performance and reliability of our advanced manufacturing equipment through expert problem-solving and project management. Responsibilities:

• Diagnose and troubleshoot issues to minimize downtime and ensure production efficiency.
• Coordinate and manage engineering projects from inception through completion, ensuring timeline and quality standards are met.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including maintenance, production, and quality assurance to implement effective solutions.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation related to machine operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting procedures.
• Provide technical support and training to the maintenance team to enhance machine reliability and operator proficiency.
• Analyze machine performance data to identify trends and recommend proactive maintenance and improvements.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies during all project activities. Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field.
• 4+ years of experience in drawings, troubleshoot machines (CNC/Gun drill) and preferably experience with Thermowells or similar precision equipment.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD will be an added advantage.
• Strong understanding of machine tools, thermowell technologies, and manufacturing processes.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze complex technical issues and devise effective solutions.
• Project management experience with the ability to handle multiple projects concurrently.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills to work collaboratively with diverse teams.
• Detail-oriented with a commitment to maintaining high-quality standards and safety protocols.
