This role involves assisting in budgeting, forecasting, account reconciliation, and ensuring compliance with financial policies and regulations. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES, ACCOUNTABILITIES AND ACTIVITIES • Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports. • Support budgeting and forecasting processes to meet departmental goals. • Perform account reconciliations and resolve discrepancies in financial records. • Process invoices, payments, and expense reports promptly. • Maintain accurate financial records and documentation in compliance with regulations. • Assist with audits and ensure compliance with accounting standards and requirements. • Prepare financial statements and management reports for review. • Monitor accounts payable and accounts receivable to ensure timely processing. • Support senior finance team members with ad-hoc financial analysis as needed. Requirements: Qualifications • Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. ACCA or other professional certifications are an advantage. • 2–4 years of experience in the financial sector, preferably in a similar role. Skills • Proficiency in MS Office, especially advanced Excel. • Strong budget tracking and financial reporting skills. • Vendor negotiation and management skills. • Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. • Strong communication skills for effective collaboration within the team.
