Requirements: Qualifications: • Master’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or related field. • Minimum of 15+ years in banking, with at least 10 years in corporate banking or senior leadership role within the Southern African market. • Proven track record in corporate finance, portfolio management, and business development with a strong understanding of credit risk, lending products, and regulatory compliance. • Exceptional leadership, strategic thinking, stakeholder management skills, excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities. Salary: BHD 3,000 to 4,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
