The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in overseeing all accounting operations, ensuring financial accuracy, and contributing to strategic financial planning. Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the accounting team to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting.
• Oversee daily accounting operations including ledger management, reconciliations, and financial statement preparation.
• Ensure compliance with local accounting standards, tax regulations, and company policies.
• Coordinate and prepare budgets, forecasts, and financial plans in alignment with company objectives.
• Collaborate with senior management to analyze financial data and provide actionable insights.
• Manage audit processes and liaise with external auditors.
• Implement and improve financial control systems to mitigate risks.
• Supervise accounts payable and receivable functions to maintain healthy cash flow. Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA or CMA certification preferred.
• Minimum of 7 years of progressive accounting experience, including leadership roles.
• Strong knowledge of Bahrain's accounting standards, tax laws, and regulatory requirements.
• Proven expertise in financial reporting, budgeting, and accounting software.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with great attention to detail.
• Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
• Effective communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• High level of integrity and confidentiality in handling financial information.
