This role involves leading project planning activities to ensure timely and efficient execution of large-scale infrastructure projects, coordinating cross-functional teams, and delivering strategic insights to support management decisions. Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage comprehensive project schedules using Primavera P6 and other planning tools.
• Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure alignment of project timelines and resources.
• Monitor project progress, identify potential delays or risks, and implement corrective actions to meet deadlines.
• Prepare detailed progress reports and present updates to senior management and stakeholders.
• Analyze resource allocation and optimize planning strategies to enhance productivity and cost efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with contractual obligations and quality standards throughout project lifecycle.
• Lead and mentor junior planning engineers to build a strong planning team. Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 10 + years of experience in planning and scheduling within civil construction projects, specially Building projects
• Proficiency in planning software such as Primavera P6, MS Project, and advanced Excel skills.
• Strong understanding of construction processes, methodologies, and contractual requirements.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Effective communication and leadership abilities to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.
• Ability to work under pressure and adapt to dynamic project environments.
• Fluency in English is required; Arabic language skills are a plus.
