Job description / Role Job Type Full Time Job Location Bahrain Nationality Any Nationality Salary 950 - 1100 BHD Gender Male Arabic Fluency Not Specified Job Function Engineering - Civil & Construction Company Industry Manufacturing • Assess and analyze drawings, BOQ and provided relevant information, to prepare costing/estimate based on the provided information against any inquiry or tender. • Work out the final quotation/tender. • Develop detailed cost estimates by analyzing blueprints, specifications, and other documents, ensuring accuracy and completeness. • Analyze of tender / enquiry documents, scope of work, BOQ, client's requirement from the tender documents for proper estimating works • Experience of working on drawings, site layouts, plans, elevations, sections, and details • Excellent knowledge of various types of stone materials, their requisition and quality control. • Attending and representing the Company in site meetings; providing replies to customer's queries and provide solutions. • Knowledge and ability to provide customers with alternate/value engineered solutions • Time to time, whenever required, make visit to suppliers to obtain best quality materials • Well versed on various fixing methods of stone, for wall cladding and flooring etc Requirements:
- Academic Background: Bachelor degree or Diploma in Architecture, Interior Design, Civil Engineering or a proven work experience in a related field
- Experience: Minimum 5+ years of experience specializing in marble and granite industry
- Language: Excellent written/spoken communication skills in English
- Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with complex data analysis and the application of estimation formulas.
- Software Proficiency: MS Excel, industry-standard estimating software, deep understanding of professional formats and documentation procedures.
- Core Competencies: Proven track record in building drawing, cost estimation, and professional drafting.
- Communication: Ability to clearly communicate, expressing requirements and expectations to a wide range of individuals
- Collaboration: Cooperative and communicative attitude with executive staff, managers and employees. Salary: BHD 950 to 1,100 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
