In this hands-on role, you will perform high quality service and repair work on customer vehicles, ensuring dealership standards, technical efficiency, and top-notch customer satisfaction. Your contribution will directly support workshop productivity and revenue while maintaining the highest safety and quality practices. What you will do Carry out scheduled service and repair tasks as per repair orders and company standards. Accurately identify and report additional repair needs with cost estimates. Maintain and update check sheets, log sheets, and proper documentation. Ensure proper care, usage, and housekeeping of tools, equipment, and allocated work bay. Diagnose vehicle issues accurately and fix them right the first time, minimizing repeat repairs. Deliver productivity targets, including efficiency, punctual booking hours, and FRT sold requirements. Complete mandatory e-learning, on the job training, and participate in HQSP certification programs. Follow all workshop safety protocols, including proper PPE use, SOP compliance, and reporting of incidents. Attend toolbox talks, safety drills, and ongoing technical and safety training sessions. Support a culture of quality and customer engagement by ensuring zero rework and resolving concerns effectively. Perform additional duties as assigned by the service supervisor. Required skills to be successful 2–3 years of experience as a technician in an automotive dealership industry. High school, technical school, ITI, or diploma in automobile engineering. Strong technical skills in automotive systems, tools, and diagnostic procedures. Ability to follow workshop manuals and standard operating procedures.
