This role requires a commercially driven professional with strong market knowledge and the ability to build and scale sales operations. Sales & Business Development: • Lead and grow tiles sales across Bahrain, targeting retail outlets, residential projects, and commercial developments. • Drive project sales for hospitality, large kitchens, restaurants, and mixed-use developments. • Identify and develop new business opportunities through market mapping, client targeting, and strategic partnerships. • Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets through effective planning and market expansion strategies. Showroom & Channel Development: • Plan, set up, and manage new showrooms and sales outlets, including location assessment and launch planning. • Strengthening sales channels through dealers, distributors, contractors, and project partners. • Ensure brand visibility, product positioning, and customer experience are consistently maintained across all outlets. Key Account & Project Management: • Manage key accounts, including developers, contractors, consultants, and corporate clients. • Handle pricing strategies, negotiations, tenders, and long-term supply agreements for large-scale business. • Oversee end-to-end project sales cycles, from specification to order execution and delivery coordination. Market Intelligence & Strategy: • Conduct regular market research and competitor analysis to identify pricing trends and opportunities. • Provide strategic input on product mix and inventory planning based on market demand. • Track market performance and sales pipelines, providing regular reports and forecasts to management. Team & Stakeholder Management: • Lead and mentor the sales team, ensuring clear targets and accountability. • Coordinate with operations, logistics, finance, and suppliers to ensure smooth order fulfillment. • Build long-term relationships with key stakeholders to strengthen market presence. Requirements: BACKGROUND, QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE • Graduate with 10+ years of experience in tiles or building materials, with strong exposure to GCC markets. • Proven track record in retail and project sales, and key account management within the construction sector. • Experience in setting up and managing showrooms preferred. • Strong understanding of the Bahrain construction market. • Strong commercial and negotiation skills with a results-driven mindset. • Excellent communication and relationship management abilities. • Strategic thinker with hands-on execution capability.
