The company plays a vital role in Rwanda’s construction and industrial supply chain, providing high-quality materials and innovative solutions to contractors, hardware retailers, and industrial clients.

Job Purpose The Sales Manager is responsible for leading and executing the company’s sales strategy to achieve revenue growth, market expansion, and profitability targets. The role oversees the sales team, ensures high performance through clear targets and KPIs builds and maintains strategic customer relationships, and provides data-driven insights to support management decisions. The Sales Manager also ensures compliance with company policies while identifying new business opportunities to strengthen the company’s competitive position in the market. 3. Key Roles and Responsibilities Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company revenue and growth targets. Lead, coach, and motivate the sales team to maximize performance and productivity. Set clear sales targets and KPIs, and continuously monitor team performance against objectives. Build, maintain, and strengthen relationships with key clients and strategic partners. Identify new business opportunities to drive market expansion and revenue growth. Analyze sales data and prepare detailed reports to support management decision-making. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and ethical sales standards. Monitor market trends and competitor activities to maintain competitive advantage. 6.
