Junior Sales Officer

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Junior Sales Officer to join our Marketing team. This role is a fantastic opportunity for a recent graduate or early-career professional to promote world-class logistics services—including air freight, export forwarding, and customs clearance—while building a strong foundation in professional sales under the guidance of our Sales Team Leader. Key Duties & Responsibilities Service Promotion: Actively assist in promoting Pave’s logistics portfolio (Air Freight, Export Forwarding, Moving & Packing, and Customs Clearance). Client Engagement: Maintain positive relationships with existing customers and proactively follow up on potential leads. Marketing Support: Help prepare and distribute high-impact promotional materials. Operational Sales: Assist in the preparation of sales contracts and maintain accurate, up-to-date sales records. Customer Insights: Collect customer feedback, track inquiries, and manage the resolution of complaints. Reporting: Monitor customer appointments and prepare periodic sales performance reports for the Sales Team Leader. Team Collaboration: Execute additional tasks as assigned by the supervisor to support departmental goals.
