JOB SUMMARY Key RequirementsMust hold CPA (K) qualification.Must possess a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.Minimum 5 years’ experience in accounting or finance.Experience working with an ERP system will be an added advantage.Demonstrated ability to manage a finance team and oversee accounting functions.Ability to work closely with departmental heads and support institutional management with financial insights.Skills and CompetenciesStrong leadership and team management skillsHigh level of integrity and professionalismExcellent financial analysis and reporting skillsStrong organizational and communication skills RESPONSIBILITIES y responsibilities will include:Provide strategic financial leadership and advise management on financial planning and decision-making.Oversee the preparation of accurate financial statements, management accounts, and periodic financial reports.Develop and manage institutional budgets, ensuring departments operate within approved allocations.Monitor cash flow and financial performance to ensure the institution maintains financial sustainability.Ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements including tax obligations, audits, and government regulations.Lead and supervise the finance team, ensuring efficiency, accountability, and professional development of staff.Implement and maintain strong internal controls to safeguard institutional assets and minimize financial risks.Oversee fee collection, receivables, and revenue management, ensuring effective financial tracking of student payments.Coordinate annual audits and liaise with external auditors, regulatory bodies, and financial institutions.Manage financial systems and support implementation or optimization of ERP systems for financial operations.Provide financial insights and reports to support strategic planning and institutional growth.Work closely with departmental heads to guide financial planning, budgeting, and resource allocation.Develop and implement financial policies and procedures to improve operational efficiency.Prepare financial
