JOB SUMMARY Minimum Qualifications and RequirementsBachelor’s degree in hospitality management, Hotel & Restaurant Management, Food Production, Food Science & Technology, or Business Administration with a hospitality focusA minimum of three (3) years’ relevant work experience in food production or hospitality within a medium-sized enterprise or institutional settingDemonstrated leadership and supervisory skillsKnowledge of food safety, hygiene, and quality management systemsHigh level of integrity, professionalism, and accountability RESPONSIBILITIES Oversee food production and hospitality operations within UEAB IndustriesPlan, coordinate, and supervise production and service delivery activitiesEnsure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and quality standardsManage staff performance, scheduling, and operational efficiencyControl costs and support budgeting processesEnsure optimal stock levels are always maintained by monitoring inventory, while verifying available materials require to support uninterrupted productionEnsure high standards of customer service and institutional hospitality REQUIRED SKILLS Food and beverage, Hygiene standards (food production), Quality control (food production), Restaurant management REQUIRED EDUCATION Bachelor's degree
