Planning Leader - Primavera P6 Location: Neuchatel, Switzerland Start: ASAP ideally from 15 April 2026 Duration: FEED Phase until June 2026, possible extension until July 2027 About the Role For a major industrial Co Processing initiative, we are looking for an experienced Planning Leader with deep expertise in complex projects within the energy, oil and gas or renewables environment. The role oversees all planning related activities and ensures that engineering, procurement and construction workstreams are aligned and delivered on time. Key Responsibilities
- Lead all project planning activities and ensure timely achievement of key milestones
- Coordinate scheduling with engineering, procurement, construction, turnaround and commissioning teams
- Secure and integrate all relevant project schedule data into the master plan
- Identify risks and opportunities and communicate them clearly to the Project Manager
- Challenge stakeholders on critical path and high risk activities to drive realistic delivery plans
- Build strong relationships with major equipment suppliers and construction subcontractors to optimise planning and reduce lead times
- Manage all planning related claims and documentation
- Oversee supplier and subcontractor schedule feedback and maintain internal planning databases
- Prepare and present progress reports, KPIs and schedule updates to internal management and the client
- Represent the planning function in meetings with the client and shareholders
- Ensure high ethical and professional standards across all planning tasks Qualifications
- Bachelor degree required, Master degree preferred
- Minimum 15 years experience in planning management for large industrial projects
- Strong proficiency in MS Project and Primavera P6
- Fluent in French and English written and spoken
- International procurement and contracting experience for projects above 20 million USD
- Open to local and international travel
- Strong IT skills, knowledge in project controls such as cost control is an advantage Personal Skills
