Job description / Role Job Type Full Time Job Location UAE Nationality Any Nationality Salary Not Specified Gender Not Specified Arabic Fluency Not Specified Job Function Engineering - Civil & Construction Company Industry Construction • Coordinate and interact with Customer, Consultant, Site Manager, Site Engineers, and Design Team. • Develop and monitor project schedules, recovery plans, and progress charts using Primavera P6. • Prepare weekly/bi-weekly progress reports and support review meetings. • Assist in cash flow forecasting, budgeting, and MIS reports in coordination with the Project Manager. • Support invoice certification and monthly billing coordination. • Track progress, identify schedule risks, and flag potential delays proactively. • Prepare dashboards, presentations, and client progress updates to ensure timely project delivery. • Coordinate with Client, Consultant, Site, and Design teams. Requirements: • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Electrical preferred). • 6–8 years of relevant experience in planning of electrical projects. • Strong working knowledge of Primavera P6. • Experience in project scheduling, budgeting, reporting, and invoicing coordination. • Strong analytical, communication, and coordination skills. • Knowledge of safety standards and quality procedures. • Software Requirement: Primavera P6.
