IT Desktop Engineer
Description
Responsibilities: i. Provide Level 1 support to IT system users, including clarifying inquiries, escalating complex issues to subject matter experts, and ensuring the tracking and closure of all queries. ii. Assist in User Account Management by guiding users through the processes of creating, modifying, and deleting user access. iii. Facilitate the User Account Review (UAR) process by ensuring reviews are conducted in a timely manner. iv. Conduct onboarding sessions for new division representatives on the use of ComLink systems. v. Perform administrative duties, including the maintenance and updating of data records. Requirement: Diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, or other relevant disciplines.
