My property in California needs a complete boundary survey carried out by a surveyor who currently holds an active California PLS license. The job is strictly a boundary survey—no topographic work or construction staking is involved at this stage.
Scope of work • Visit the site, locate existing monuments, and set any missing corner markers. • Measure and compute the true property lines in accordance with California and county regulations. • Prepare a stamped, recordable map/plat and an updated legal description suitable for title, escrow, and county recording. • Provide a digital deliverable (PDF and DWG or compatible CAD file) along with the signed hard-copy plat.
Practical details I will supply the street address, APN, and available prior survey or title documents once we start. Site access can be arranged any weekday, and I’m happy to meet on-site if that helps you verify control points. Please include in your proposal your licensing information, an outline of your expected timeline, and any questions about the site conditions or documentation you need in advance.
Acceptance criteria • All corner markers set and photographed. • Final map bears your California PLS stamp and signature. • Digital files match the hard copy and use standard California State Plane coordinates.
Ideally the survey can be completed within three weeks of award, but let me know if your current workload requires a different schedule.
