Fix AutoCAD DWG Layer Error (SmartDCR / Invalid Layer Issue)

Hi, I need a freelancer to fix my building plan DWG file so it passes the Punjab Smart DCR (e-Naksha) pre-check software. so I need someone who can not only fix the issue.
