Every caller has already received our outreach and is expecting a compassionate conversation, so I need someone who can draw on extensive real-estate knowledge while sounding warm, patient, and reassuring.
Your day runs on U.S. Eastern time, full-time, fielding inbound calls, following our proven script, and scheduling a consultation inside our Go High Level CRM. I provide the script, lead flow, and calendar links—you provide the calm voice, accurate data entry, and thorough call notes that let the acquisitions team pick up exactly where you leave off.
Key things that matter to me • Near-native English with little to no accent; the callers must feel they are speaking with someone local. • A solid real-estate background so questions about foreclosure timelines, liens, or short sales don’t throw you off. • Genuine empathy; homeowners are stressed and sometimes embarrassed, so tone counts as much as information. • Reliability during Eastern-time business hours and a quiet, professional workspace with a stable internet connection.
Deliverables I will review weekly
- All inbound calls answered or returned within five minutes.
- Detailed notes and call recordings logged in Go High Level.
- At least three qualified consultation appointments booked per day, reschedules managed proactively.
