Budget: $2 - $8/hr

I need a dependable, full-time administrator to become the central point of contact for my daily operations. Your day will move between three core areas:

• Core admin: keep my calendar updated, enter data accurately, and send timely, mistake-free invoices. • Phone enquiries: answer inbound calls for customer support, book appointments on the spot, and process simple orders while the caller is still engaged. • Email enquiries: monitor the shared inbox, reply to customer questions, follow up warm sales leads, and keep the mailbox tidy with smart filtering and tagging.

Strong spoken and written English, confident phone manners, and a knack for staying organised under shifting priorities are vital. I work in real time, so I expect quick acknowledgement of every call or email, clear logs of actions taken, and an end-of-day summary so I always know where things stand.
