I have a steady stream of pre-qualified leads who inquire about my digital-only wedding-photography packages, yet too many walk away before committing. Your mission is to speak with each prospect, guide them past objections, and secure the sale of our high-ticket offers.

Empathy comes first: couples are planning one of the most emotional days of their lives, so I need someone who can listen actively, reassure them, and frame our package as the perfect fit. Strong, confident communication is equally vital—you’ll present pricing, outline deliverables, and handle objections without sounding scripted. Finally, every conversation should reveal the client’s real concern and resolve it; that problem-solving mindset is what turns uncertain leads into excited buyers.

Day-to-day you will:

• Call or DM warm leads supplied in our CRM, typically within 5 minutes of their inquiry • Conduct a short discovery call, book a detailed consultation when needed, and close the sale on the same or next call • Record concise notes and next steps in the CRM so the fulfillment team can deliver seamlessly • Hit weekly conversion targets we establish together and flag recurring objections so we can refine offers

Success is measured by closed revenue and show-up rate for booked consultations.
