US HVAC Appointment Setter (Cold Calling | Commission + Monthly Recurring)
Description
We are hiring high-performance appointment setters to book calls with US HVAC business owners.
Your role:
- Find established HVAC companies in the US
- Call decision-makers
- Ask XXXX XXXX questions
- Book confirmed appointments on our calendar
No closing. No technical work. Your only job is to book qualified calls.
Compensation:
- $75 per closed deal (one-time payout)
- $60 per month recurring for every active client
Example: 10 clients closed = $750 upfront + $600/month recurring
No cap on earnings. More bookings = more income.
Requirements:
- Strong spoken English (must sound natural on calls)
- Comfortable speaking with US business owners and gatekeepers
- Experience in cold calling or appointment setting preferred
- Consistent daily outreach
Daily expectation:
- 80–150 calls per day (or equivalent outreach)
To apply (MANDATORY):
- Send a 30–60 second voice note pitching an HVAC business owner
- Mention how many calls you can make per day
Applications without a voice note will be ignored.
Outreach:
- Primary: Phone calls
- Secondary: Email or DMs (optional)
Target:
- Established HVAC companies in the US
We already handle demos and closing. You focus only on booking appointments.
