International Lead Generation Executive

I need a results-driven business development professional who can fill the top of my sales funnel with qualified, ready-to-talk prospects from markets outside my home country. Your sole focus will be lead generation; closing and ongoing account management are handled in-house, so your success will be judged purely on the volume and quality of the opportunities you uncover.
Day to day you will research target companies, identify decision makers, craft tailored outreach, and book discovery calls directly onto my calendar. Most of our prospecting happens on LinkedIn, email sequences and the occasional cold call, so proven skill with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, a modern CRM (HubSpot or similar) and basic outreach automation tools is important. Fluency in English is essential, additional languages are a plus given the international remit.
I track performance weekly. As an initial milestone I expect a minimum of 30 new, well-profiled contacts and at least five scheduled meetings in the first two weeks; after that we will agree on sustainable targets and commission triggers.
