High-Volume PNG OCR Conversion

Budget: €12 - €18/hr

More than fifty PNG images need to be turned into clean, fully editable text. The job goes beyond a quick OCR pass—I also need every page manually proof-read so spelling, punctuation, and basic layout (headings, bullet points, tables) match the original images.

I will supply the PNGs in batches. After each batch you return:

• A single Word file (or plain TXT if you prefer) that preserves paragraph breaks and any simple formatting. • A short change log noting unreadable areas or uncertainties.

Please use a reliable OCR workflow—ABBYY FineReader, Tesseract, or a comparable tool—and then correct the output by eye so accuracy stays above 99 %. Feel free to automate where possible, but the final text must read naturally with no stray artefacts.

Turnaround: first 10 images within 24 hours so I can check consistency, then the remaining files on an agreed schedule. If this pilot set meets the accuracy target, I’ll release the next batch right away.
