Complete Modern Villa Design Package

Budget: ₹600 - ₹1500

I have two compact residential plots in Lucknow—one measuring 600 sq. ft. and the other 800 sq. ft.—and I’m ready to move from concept to construction. I need an architect-cum-structural engineer who can carry the project end to end: modern styling, code-compliant engineering, photoreal visuals, and a smooth hand-off package for local contractors.

The brief • Architecture: Develop efficient 2D floor plans and full working drawings that maximise space, support an open-plan interior and allow for luxury finishes. • Structure: Provide foundation, beam, and column design with calculations in line with current Indian (Lucknow) codes. • Visualisation: Produce high-quality 3D exterior and interior renders that highlight large windows and a rooftop terrace, then wrap it up with a polished 4 K walkthrough. • Tools: AutoCAD for drafting, Revit or SketchUp for modelling, Lumion or Enscape for rendering and animation—use whichever combination you’re fastest with.

Deliverables (all files to be editable where applicable)

1. Complete CAD and PDF drawing set for both plot sizes
2. Structural report and reinforcement details
3. Photoreal 3D stills (exterior & interior)
4. 4 K walkthrough video (MP4)

I’m looking for clear communication, fast turnarounds on iterative feedback, and a final set I can submit directly for approvals.
